In rare cases, international carriers may classify certain addresses as "remote areas" and charge an additional fee. This fee is not collected by us — the carrier will contact you directly for payment.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request! 🚀
- Cancel your order? — Please email us at shop.fulalaplus@outlook.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Orders are sent to the carrier for processing shortly after placement. ⏰
- Change your order? (e.g. shipping address, color) — Just email us at shop.fulalaplus@outlook.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to update it as long as it hasn't been packed or handed over to the carrier yet. 😊
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we're unable to make any changes — but we'll guide you through the return process once you receive it! ❤️

We have a 30-day return policy from the day your package arrives at your door! 🏠

Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, and don't forget to include your order number 📋

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. 💰

Just email us at shop.fulalaplus@outlook.com with your order number — and let us know the reason for your return. 😊
We'll check the details and get back to you with the next steps within 24 hours! ❤️
🤔 #13 Can I return an item if I just change my mind?
Yes! If you change your mind within 30 days, you're welcome to return your item for a refund or exchange — as long as it's unused, unworn, and still in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Return shipping is at your own cost, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or send out a replacement. 😊
Please contact us first at shop.fulalaplus@outlook.com for the correct return address. Do not send items back to the address on the original package.

🤔 #14 What if I want to return only one item from my order? 📦
No problem! You can return individual items from a multi-item order — you don't have to return everything!
The process is exactly the same as FAQ #8 above — just let us know which item you'd like to return when you email us! 😊
As long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping is at your own cost.

🤔 #15 What if my order has multiple items?
Orders with multiple products may be shipped from different warehouses in separate packages with different tracking numbers.
Important: Return requests are handled per item. Each product may need to be returned to a different warehouse — so please wait for our instructions on the correct return address for each item!
⚠️ Please do not combine items from different shipments into a single return package unless we tell you to — our sorting system can't process mixed returns!

🤔 #16 What if I've opened or used the item? 📦
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or are missing their original packaging or tags. This is to ensure every customer receives a brand-new, hygienic product. 😊

😟 #17 What if my package is delayed or damaged?

Delayed? If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.
Damaged? Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at shop.fulalaplus@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the damage
- A brief description of the issue
We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days with a solution — either a free replacement or a full refund! (We'll cover return shipping if a return is required.)

- A clear photo of the item you received (showing the item or color and any labels/tags)
We'll check this against our shipment records and confirm the mistake. Once verified, we'll arrange a free replacement for you ASAP — and we'll cover the return shipping too! 🚀

😟 #19 What if my package says "Delivered" but I haven't received it?
We're so sorry to hear that! 😔 Please don't worry — we're here to help you track it down! 🔍
Here's what to do:
- Check with your neighbors or front desk — sometimes it's left with someone nearby! 🏠
- Look around your property — check porches, side gates, or any "safe place" the courier might have left it.
- Check the courier's delivery proof — some couriers take a photo of where the parcel was left. Check your tracking details for any extra information.
- Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date at shop.fulalaplus@outlook.com with your order number and any details you have.
We'll contact the shipping carrier on your behalf to start an investigation. Please note that if the tracking shows "delivered", the carrier may consider the order complete — but we'll do our best to support you through the process! 💖
💰 #20 How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive your return, our warehouse will inspect the item to make sure it matches our records. ✅
Processing time: Inspection and refund processing typically takes 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
Refund method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
